How to NOT gain unwanted weight over the festive period.

Hi everyone,

Every year lots of people put on some extra unwanted kilograms over the festive period. In this short article I give you 5 tips on how to avoid this and maintain your weight.

1. Keep exercising; gyms may be closed but it's important to have increased activity level so your metabolism stays at high ratio. Try to do 100 squats in the morning and 30 minutes walk or jog after your Xmas dinner.

2. Avoid full sugar beverages, swap them for zero calories soda drinks and increase water intake. Have a glass of water before each meal.

3. Help your body digest more food with digestive enzymes and other products that enhance digestion. Please look at our website to check what’s available. LINK

4. Avoid snacking between meals. Have your regular meals and treat yourself straight, not an hour later.

5. Alcohol; choose red wine, whisky or vodka (have shots rather than drinks/ cocktails). If you mix choose zero calorie beverages). Try to avoid beer as this is the most caloric drink.
