RECOMMENDED USE
Consume 1 serving (6 capsules) in the morning preferably with food.
Hardcore User: Competitive athletes can take an additional serving 6-8 hours after the first serving. Always consume Shed H2O with at least 500ml of water. (We recommend a daily intake of at least 2 litres of water whilst using Shed H2O).

Other Ingredients: Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropylmethyl Cellulose, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide).
