Recommended Use
Mix 300 g (two scoops) with 700 ml of water in a shaker or blender. If you are new to using this product, it may be beneficial to start with half a serving and gradually increase to a full serving to fit your calorie needs. Consume between meals to maintain a positive nitrogen balance, 20 to 30 minutes after training for optimal recovery, or 45 to 60 minutes before bed to support overnight muscle maintenance. For a creamier and more calorie-dense shake, it can be prepared with semi-skimmed milk. Once mixed, the shake should be consumed immediately.
